We want every stay at Cloudland Hideaway to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our booking policies before making your reservation.
These guidelines help us create a comfortable, welcoming experience for all our guests.
Reservations & Bookings
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of two nights is required for all reservations at Cloudland Hideaway.
Age Requirement
Cloudland Hideaway is an adults-only retreat. All guests must be at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued identification may be requested upon arrival.
Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed once the booking process is completed and payment requirements have been satisfied. Guests will receive a confirmation with their reservation details.
Rates & Additional Charges
Nightly rates may vary depending on cabin selection, dates, and availability. Applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and other charges will be displayed during the booking process before the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change.
Individual Cabin Reservations:
Our standard cancellation policy allows guests to receive a full refund when cancelling at least 14 days before their scheduled arrival.
Entire Property Reservations:
Reservations for exclusive use of the entire Cloudland Hideaway property may have stricter cancellation requirements.
Important Information:
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the booking platform, selected rate, and reservation type. The specific cancellation policy displayed during checkout and included in your reservation confirmation will apply to your booking.
We encourage guests to review these terms carefully before confirming their reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-In:
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Guests will receive detailed arrival instructions, including directions, parking information, and cabin access details before their scheduled arrival.
Check-Out:
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that guests depart on time so our team can prepare the cabin for incoming guests.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated depending on availability and must be approved in advance.
Self Check-In:
Cloudland Hideaway offers a convenient self check-in experience, allowing guests to arrive and settle into their private cabin at their own pace.
Property Rules
Adults-Only Property:
Cloudland Hideaway is exclusively for adults aged 21 and older. All overnight guests must meet this minimum age requirement.
Pets:
To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, Cloudland Hideaway does not permit pets.
Smoking & Vaping:
Cloudland Hideaway is a smoke-free property, with the exception of designated outdoor fire pit areas. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in these designated areas and are strictly prohibited inside all cabins, on private cabin decks, and in all other buildings and shared spaces. Guests must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and help us preserve the natural beauty of the property.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of others and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
Parties & Events:
Unauthorized parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted. Private group reservations and exclusive property buyouts must be arranged and approved in advance.
Registered Guests & Occupancy:
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Each cabin has a maximum occupancy that must be respected for the duration of the reservation.
Property Care & Additional Charges
Respecting Our Property:
We take great care in creating a beautiful and relaxing environment for our guests. We kindly ask that you treat our cabins, furnishings, and shared amenities with the same care and consideration you would your own home.
Damage & Excessive Cleaning:
Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged or missing items beyond normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning charges may apply if a cabin requires excessive cleaning following departure.
Private Hot Tubs & Shared Amenities:
Guests are asked to follow all posted guidelines when using private hot tubs, the infinity pool, saunas, fitness facilities, and other shared amenities. Please help us maintain these spaces for everyone’s enjoyment.
Fire Pits:
For everyone’s safety, fires must be attended at all times and fully extinguished before leaving the area. Fire pits may only be used in designated locations and are subject to any temporary fire restrictions.
Additional Purchases:
Select beverages may be available for purchase inside the cabins. Any items consumed or removed will be charged according to the pricing information provided in the cabin.
